If leaks were to be believed, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE was supposed to arrive this fall. And further leaks had already pointed that it was well on course for that launch period. However, it is now being learnt that the phone’s arrival has been delayed by months, with the new launch date being January 11, 2022.

The Galaxy Unpacked Part 2 2021 event that’s happening on October 20 will likely see other devices being launched by the South Korean giant. This info about the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE getting delayed has come via multiple sources.

Jon Prosser, who has a good track record of revealing details about smartphones beforehand, has tweeted that the phone’s launch has been moved to January 11. Others like Ross Young and Max Weinbach also echoed a similar delay.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is expected to grab a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone might run on the Snapdragon 888 processor and offer 8GB of RAM along with 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. As for its camera setup, it’s expected to be similar to that of the Galaxy S20 FE’s.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE turned out to be a pleasant surprise when it came out last year. The phone received immense acclaim for making flagship features available at a much lower price. Not only did the phone offer a 120Hz display, but it also grabbed a similar camera setup to that of the Galaxy S20. This device even boasted an IP68 rating and ran on the Snapdragon 865 chipset. It grabbed a 4000mAh battery that charged at 25W.

Rumor has it, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE will come with a larger battery than one on the S20 FE.
