The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 and Redmi Note 5 Pro have had 2 flash sales so far, but not all color and storage variants were available straight off the bat. This is set to change in the pair’s next March 7 outing though, as a new report claims that every single option will be available. So far, only black and gold have been up for sale.
The Redmi Note 5 and Redmi Note 5 Pro’s sale kicks off at 12 pm on March 7 on both Xiaomi’s site and Flipkart. The phones will be sold in black, rose gold, gold, and lake blue colors, the first time all 4 have gone up for grabs. Plus, the 6GB of RAM iteration of the Redmi Note 5 Pro is set to be available, but only in black.
Xiaomi’s been doing pretty well with its latest duo of affordable phones. The first sale saw 3 lakh combined units vanish within 3 minutes. The second one tidied up just as fast. The third will likely repeat the same story. This is naturally causing a bit of frustration among consumers who don’t like the flash sale model and just want to buy a phone.

There’s been no word on when these flash sales will end, so it looks like anyone who wants to buy the Redmi Note 5 or Redmi Note 5 Pro will just have to endure the process if they want to snap either device up in the near future. The former’s price starts at Rs 9999 (Flipkart/Xiaomi), while the latter begins at Rs 13999 (Flipkart/Xiaomi)
