Reliance’s Lyf Flame 2 and Lyf Wind 4 have been launched in India and are currently listed on the brand’s website. The two are being sold through offline stores across the country.

Like previous entries in Reliance’s series of affordable handsets, both the Lyf Flame 2 and Wind 4 support 4G connectivity through FDD-LTE Band 3 and TDD-LTE Band 40, in addition to VoLTE (voice over LTE). While the first is priced at Rs 4799, the second is the more expensive of the two at Rs 6799.

Lyf Wind 4

Kicking things off with the Wind 4, the biggest highlight of the handset is its huge 4000mAh battery. The powerhouse comes equipped with fast charging abilities and can fuel the phone for up to 28 hours of 4G talk time and 630 hours of standby time. Another major feature is its DTS-infused speakers which the brand claims deliver a loud audio output.

Reliance has further styled the smartphone with a textured rear panel, probably in an effort to make it look more premium than its entry-level specs would suggest. The phone is notably bigger than its launch sibling with its 5-inch HD screen. As for its photography setup, the phone offers users an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP snapper for selfies and video calls.

Lyf Flame 2

Moving on to the Flame 2, the more affordable option has been saddled with a 4-inch WVGA (480 x 800p) display which ships with a pixel density of 245ppi. A 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735M processor runs the show here, helped along in its tasks by 1GB of RAM. It’s 1500mAh battery offers 8 hours of talk time and 190 hours of standby time.

Once again, you can buy the Lyf Flame 2 and Lyf Wind 4 via offline shops at Rs 4799 and Rs 6799, respectively.
