BSNL is in a festive mood, launching a new Rakhi Pe Saugaat recharge plan in honor of Raksha Bandhan. The deal is live now and will be active for the next 12 days.
The Rakhi Pe Saugaat plan itself has a validity of 5 days. Only prepaid customers can take up the scheme. They’ll have to pay Rs 74 to get on it. Once it’s in place, they’ll have access to unlimited on-net calls, talk value of Rs 74, and 1GB of data benefits.
BSNL has additionally announced a couple of combo deals of Rs 189, Rs 289, and Rs 389. These offer up to 18% bonus talk value and 1GB of free data. The telecom operator has been regularly rolling out a stream of new plans to entice new and old subscribers in the face of Reliance Jio’s onslaught.
For instance, BSNL’s recent Sixer 666 pack for its prepaid customers gives away a total of 120GB of data at Rs 666. The data would be distributed over the course of 60 days, with the company doling out 2GB of data per day.
Another Chaukka-444 deal proffered 4GB of data a day at Rs 444. The BSNL scheme is valid for 90 days, totaling up to 360GB of data. There’s also a Triple Ace STV 333 plan that hands over 3GB of data per day at Rs 333. The validity stays the same at 90 days, allowing users to access a total of 270GB of data.
