With the launch of the ZTE Nubia Z9 mini smartphone, the highly anticipated flagship series has finally made its debut in India. And with a price tag of Rs 16999, the new handset delivers top-tier features with an impressive design.
The ZTE Nubia Z9 mini comes dressed in black and looks premium allover. The front has a 5-inch 1080p IPS display and is under the protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Additionally, the screen takes up as much as 74.1% of the panel, resulting in extremely slim bezels. And no Nubia phone is complete without the trademark circular home button.
Even the rear doesn’t fail to impress as ZTE has given it a neat texture finish made using laser carving technology. The two panels are held together through an aircraft grade aluminum alloy frame for extra ruggedness and durability. The exterior also plays host to an 8MP front camera and a 16MP main shooter which is complemented by professional SLR-like shooting controls.

On the inside, the Nubia Z9 mini draws power from a 1.5GHz octa core Snapdragon 615 processor. There’s also 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage which can be expanded by up to 128GB via a microSD card. Dual SIM cards are supported along with 4G LTE connectivity and there’s Wi-Fi ac as well. Lastly, the phone packs a 3000mAh battery.
