The ZTE Blade III price and release date details for Sweden are out in open, following which the smartphone will reach other major markets across the globe by the end of the year. Dropping in with this extension to the company’s Blade series, the manufacturer has aimed at increased phone screen size and memory capacity.
Running through the primary specifications, this ZTE handset wears a 4-inch WVGA 262K TFT capacitive touchscreen proffering visuals in a resolution of 800 × 480p. A 1GHz Qualcomm MSM 7227 A chipset takes care of all its operations and Android 4.0 runs the complete show. It offers 4GB of internal memory that can be extended via a slot provided for a microSD card of up to 32GB capacity.
“With Blade III we have paid extra attention to our users. We have focused on a larger screen and expanded the storage space significantly. ZTE Blade III is the first ever smartphone in its price range with a 4-inch touch screen and Android 4.0. This enables more users to take part in an extremely sharp multimedia experience, without costing an arm and a leg,” shared Ao Wen, Vice President of Europe Operations for ZTE Handsets.
A 5MP autofocus snapper graces the exterior, while a Li-ion 1,600mAh battery handles the workload. The handset employs Dolby audio technology for enhanced sound and it is DLNA compatible as well. On the connectivity front, this ICS device provides Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 2.1 and A2DP.
According to the ZTE Blade III price information, the smartphone is tagged at 1499 SEK for Sweden. Dipped in the color white, it is slated to ship in the country in October. The white version will be released in Finland this month.
