Yahoo Inquisitor application available for the iPhone for free

Yahoo Inquisitor application Yahoo’s startup known as Inquisitor is now available on the iPhone as an application. It allows users to search easily and quickly with minimum typing. The Inquisitor will show how features like Yahoo’s Search Assist work incredibly on mobile phones.

The application will automatically display a list of suggested words when a user starts typing a search on their iPhone. As the user goes on typing, the application will provide more suggestions and will allow you to select one before completing the word in the search box.

The results generated by the application appear large and in easy to read grey boxes. At the top, abbreviated news results appear if they are available, and can be clicked to see only news results. When a user clicks on a webpage or article, the application creates a frame for it.

The Inquisitor application can also be viewed on the iPhone’s regular safari browser. It also provides options for emailing links. A toolbar that appears on top will also allow users to navigate back.
