Petalite Flux is the name of the world’s fastest charging external battery for smartphones and tablets which can get completely ready for an outing within just 15 minutes. This way, you can charge it at the start of your day and forget about having to search for wall sockets for your phones wherever you go.
The Petalite Flux charger comes in four different color options, namely red, white, black and blue, while it’s also small enough to fit in your pockets. To be precise, the dimensions of this tiny portable charger are 90mm x 30mm x 30mm. Tipping the scales at just 95g, it carries inside it a 2600mAh automotive grade cell.
A cool part about the Petalite Flux is that it features green status indicator LEDs to let you know how much charge it has left in itself. It is said to possess a life cycle of more than 1000 charges which the company claims to be twice that of standard phone batteries.

If you’re wondering how it’s able to get fully charged within just 15 minutes, it does so with the help of an accompanying dock which offers a charge rate which is 20 times faster than a USB 2.0 port. It comes with a new kind of a connector which is currently under patent review, so it can’t be shown by the company yet.
Although the Petalite Flux has been showcased by its makers already, it is supposed to be put up on Indiegogo for crowd-funding. Its campaign will commence later this month.
