Airvoice Infocomm India now pays the Subscriber to Listen to Advertisements

Airvoice Infocomm A Chennai based mobile network operator Airvoice Infocomm has brought in a brand new innovative offer that pays customers to listen to advertisements. After Virgin, India introduced the idea of paying for an incoming call, the other providers also got tempted to step into competition.

The new scheme from Airvoice Infocomm is well thought and is completely out of the box. The scheme is planned in such a way that the subscriber chooses this service where they will have to listen to voice advertisements which will be for a period of 10-20 seconds each and get paid for just listening to these voice advertisements.

It is a very good concept to reduce down the bills but one would have to take up the initiative of patiently listening to the ads. R. Ayyappan, chief executive officer, Airvoice, said, “The company is yet to finalise a revenue-sharing model with telecom service providers, and is in final-stage talks with Bharti Airtel.” Ayyapan added, “We haven’t decided on how much the advertisers will be charged either.”

Airvoice Infocomm is yet contemplating to convince the advertisers to use their brave idea and they fear that companies may not agree to advertise through this particular medium of advertising due to the risk of zero or minimum advertising value.
