Samsung Z130H is an upcoming Tizen smartphone, specs and UI leak

We have been hearing about a mysterious Samsung Z130H handset for quite a long time now, but the details we have here today seem more comprehensive than the ones we’ve witnessed before. This upcoming Tizen OS smartphone which will make India its first home, has just had its specs as well as user interface features leaked out into the open.

It has been learned that the Samsung Z130H has been codenamed by its maker as KIRAN which translates into ‘ray’ if you assume it’s a Hindi word. Anyway, we’re not sure about what the official name of this device will be, but it will definitely mark the beginning of a new series of Tizen smartphones from the company; that’s for sure.

The system dump of the Tizen 2.3 OS from this handset has somehow reached SamMobile, and the site has given us all the important details based on that. The specs which can be spotted in the space below corroborate the fact that the Z130H will be an entry-level handset.

The UI looks a lot like the TouchWiz interface which Samsung chooses to layer its Android smartphones with. Features like Private Mode and Ultra Power Saving Mode have been carried over from those devices, while apps such as Facebook, Twitter and a few Google services and applications have also been infused into it.

The KIRAN or the Samsung Z130H or whatever the final name of this device will be, is expected to be launched soon. Like we said, India will be the first and only market it will initially be seen entering.
