Recently, we reported about a pink version of the Samsung Star S5230. This pink version was launched to support the Think Pink campaign that fights against breast cancer. And now, Samsung has revealed its plans to launch the Wi-Fi enabled version of the Samsung Star S5230. This new version is also known as the Tocco Lite, reports IntoMobile.
Samsung plans to release two versions of the handset. Both versions will incorporate Wi-Fi and will be called the Samsung Star S5230W and the Samsung Star S5233W. The earlier version of the Samsung Star S5230 incorporated only EDGE connectivity. The other specifications of the new version are carefully guarded by the company. We are unsure if there will be any changes in the other specifications. But we would surely like to see a few changes in the specs of this handset.
The updated Samsung Star S5230W will be released in the Europe while the Samsung Star S5233W will be launched in the Middle East, Asia and Africa. The pricing and availability details of these versions are still under wraps. But we do hope to hear more about these versions in the days to come.
