Shoot&Proof iPhone app certifies digital photos on iPhone

ShootndProof Logo iPhone apps that are designed as a means of entertainment dominate the world of apps. However, recently Codasystem has developed an iPhone app that offers a legal touch. The app known as Shoot&Proof facilitates iPhone users to capture certified photos that can be presented as legally valid evidence.

The iPhone app looks to be handy in various fields of business apart from legal matters. iPhone users can use the app while carrying out a rental inventory, to prove the time of delivery and condition of a package, to record defects in work done by a contractor, to strengthen the insurance case and more. It can also act as a substitute to the demanding and expensive means used by bailiffs and experts to produce certified reports.

The images that employ the Shoot&Proof app can be considered for a legal evidence as they are watermarked, encrypted, and stored. Further, the photos are geolocalised and timestamped, indicating the time, place and by whom the image was captured. Users can capture photos and decide which images they wish to certify. They can also browse, share and retrieve certified pictures on their iPhone or on the web.

Codasystem is compliant with the legal requirements of both American and European standards with respect to certification, electronic signature, digital archiving, confidentiality, network security and timestamping. It has been audited and certified to meet ISO 27001.

The Shoot&Proof iPhone app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store for $1.99 that includes certification of two pictures. With the in-app purchase, users can buy 5, 15 or 25 pictures pack directly from the app, by the end of this month.
