The Samsung Galaxy S2 T-Mobile can now be picked up on a no-contract basis through Walmart’s online store and retail outlets. Potential buyers can get hold of the handset at a price of $299 by pairing up the device with the carrier’s Monthly4G tariff.

This plan offers unlimited internet browsing and provides the first 5GB of data at 4G speeds. The deal even includes unrestricted messages and 100 minutes of talktime, followed by 10 cents every minute after the free usage is over. This particular tariff doesn’t require annual contracts, credit checks and deposits.

Buyers can also purchase the device with Walmart’s Family Mobile service plan which doesn’t need any yearly commitments. With this deal, users will receive unlimited talktime, text and data access for a monthly cost of $45 for the first connection and $35 for additional lines.

As most are aware, the Galaxy S2 dons a 4.52-inch Super AMOLED Plus capacitive touch panel that renders visuals in a contrast ratio of 150,000:1. It runs on the Gingerbread platform powered by a dual core processor operating at 1.5GHz. Users can take advantage of Samsung’s Media Hub, Netflix, T-Mobile TV and YouTube for viewing movies, TV shows and much more. The device is said to deliver 4G connectivity with download speeds of up to 42Mbps.

As stated earlier, the Samsung Galaxy S2 T-Mobile price via Walmart amounts to $299 on a Monthly4G contract plan that starts at $30 per month. The handset is available via the distributor’s online and retail outlets across the country.
