Samsung Galaxy Note 3 with 5.9-inch screen on the cards?

Looks like the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 rumors are catching up with those surrounding the highly anticipated GS4. Although we have been assured that the manufacturer will be unveiling the latter on March 14, we cannot ascertain as of now, if the former even exists.

With companies bridging the gap between smartphones and tablets, it doesn’t come as a surprise that the device will apparently sport a 5.9-inch Super AMOLED touch display. Given that the series in question involves a 5.3-inch handset, the recently unveiled 8.0 tablet and a 10.1-inch slate, this proves to be just another example of such practices.

According to the grapevine, the conglomerate will be pushing into the market a 6.3-inch smartphone as well, christening it Fonblet 6.3. We’ve come across that moniker before, except that the earlier device had been attached to a 5.8-inch screen. Well, this isn’t the first time someone has dared to breach the 6-inch limit, considering Huawei took pride in introducing the foremost 6.1-inch Ascend Mate.

Picking up where we left off, the smartphone should greet users with an OLED screen, while there are still doubts concerning the OEM infusing it with flexible display technology. Those who haven’t heard of this mechanism can take a look at the video we have embedded below, in order to render a clearer picture.

Does the Exynos 5 Octa ring a bell? It’s the same processor with 8 cores estimated to be hiding within the confines of the S4’s chassis and if the speculations hold to be true, the relevant phablet will be endowed with the same. This piece of information together with the rest of the news has been brought to our notice by the folks over at SamMobile, who appear to have stumbled upon a report via The Korean Times, spilling these details.

It could take a while before the company announces the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 officially, with the current racket engulfing the GS4. On the other hand, if the manufacturer follows its last year’s agenda, the Berlin Radio Show is our venue. In that case, people should drop any ideas of the handset taking a leap out of the box before September.
