After the article in Economic Times of India about Sony Computer Entertainment working on the Sony Ericsson project which is about to launch mobile phones with Bravia, it has now emerged that it could be a gaming dedicated phone. But the features are not known yet.
While talking to the GamesIndustry.biz SCE’s co-chief operating officer, Jim Ryan, commented, “The PlayStation is a proven success and so is Sony Ericsson. Convergence with the two arms working together is definitely plausible.”
But somehow, the spokesperson from the company has reported to gamesindustry.biz that they are not actually working together for the handset.
They have said that Jim Ryan has been misquoted by the Economic Times of India that they were working on PlayStation Phone.
There is no news about the Sony PlayStation Phone and no one knows whether such collaboration was formed or will form in the future to fulfill this.
