The picture that we have posted above shows us how Gayatri has transformed the Google logo to depict the various roles of an Indian woman. The very first part shows her elegance and grace while the next symbolizes her ability to strike a balance between her work and home. Also, it clearly says that India women are strong enough to combat difficulties and even prove to be good at motherhood.

Additionally, three group winners were selected on the basis of public votes. They are Madhuram Vatsal from St. Francis’s College, Lucknow, Binita Biswajeeta from D.A.V Public School, Balasore, Odissa and Akash Shetty from St Aloysius High School, Mangalore. These students are the winners of Groups I, II and III, respectively.

Gayatri Ketharaman’ tribute to Indian women will be displayed on the Google homepage on November 14 and those who couldn’t win this time, can try again in 2014.
