Those who (if any) just happen to own around 15 to 20 iPhones will know what a pain it is to sync them to the iTunes Library one by one. According to Gizmodo, the Parasync Charging and Synchronization Dock enable users to host as many as 20 iPod and iPhone devices from a single iTunes Library.

This dock works in the following manner. Users have to connect the dock via USB to their Macbook and then open iTunes. All docked devices will appear (they must first be registered to the iTunes library). Then all they have to do is drag and drop content from the iTunes library onto the devices to sync them.
The syncing process should preferably be done with a Mac as PC users will experience fluctuations in performance when syncing to a large quantity of devices due to limitations in the PC’s USB interface.
