The Oppo F1 is all set to arrive in India on January 28, the brand having sent press invites for a launch event on that date. The phone had made its debut during CES 2016 and is now up for pre-orders in Vietnam.
The Vietnam listing pegs the price of the Oppo F1 at VND 6490000 (approx Rs 19300). The smartphone is the first in the brand’s series of camera-focused phones. This model boasts of a 13MP rear camera with LED flash, an aperture of f/2.2 and Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF). There’s also an 8MP front-facing snapper accompanied by an aperture of f/2.0 and screen flash.
In terms of design, the Oppo handset offers an aluminum unibody and a slim 7.25mm profile. It showcases its visuals through a 5-inch 720p display which comes with a pixel density of 294ppi and a layer of 2.5D Gorilla Glass 4 for protection. The device powers through its daily tasks through a 1.7GHz octa-core Snapdragon 616 processor and an Adreno 405 GPU.

The dual-SIM F1 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with the brand’s own ColorOS 2.1 skinned on top and derives its fuel from a 2500mAh battery. It offers users 3GB worth of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. They can expand on its memory capacity up to 128GB via a microSD card slot.
