The Gingerbread-powered Motorola XT928 smartphone is all set to hit China by December this year. This device comes hot on the heels of the Razr XT910 which has already made its debut in countries like the U.S. and India, along with China.
The attention drawing features of the XT928 are its 13MP rear facing camera and its triple-dual interiors. The camera is capable of shooting full HD videos in 1080p resolution, and should be able to click fairly clear images as well. If that is not enough, the front panel of this smartphone shows off a 1.3MP camera to allow easy video calling and chatting.
“The latest of China Telecom’s 3G Internet smartphones, the Motorola XT928 has great smartphone performance and imaging capabilities that surpass those of many digital cameras,” comments Ma Daojie, Director of China Telecom Device Management Center. “China Telecom is well known for its strong portfolio of devices for professional users. With its combination of powerful multimedia functions and our fast e-Surfing 3G network, the Motorola XT928 will delight even our most demanding customers.”
The highlighted attributes of the XT928 are its dual-core, dual-standby, and dual-mode capacity of the device. Incorporated with a 1.2GHz dual core processor, the gadget includes 1GB RAM as well. The screen is protected with a sheath of Corning Gorilla glass, which also lets users enjoy videos of up to 1280 x 720p resolution. Besides this, the handset comes pre-loaded with software options like Dolby Digital Plus, the Smart Actions app, and more.
The Motorola XT928 release date and price for China has not been revealed yet.
