L.L.Bean renowned for its outdoor gear and apparel enters into the gaming arena by launching its first iPhone game dubbed ‘Moosentration’. The game is designed on the lines of the Concentration memory card game, but of course with a twist.
The game offers three skill levels, 24 game variations and eight picture sets. This challenging game tests the memory of the players by matching images concealed behind L.L.Bean card tiles. The images which are showcased include L.L.Bean and Maine iconic items such as Bean Boots, lighthouses and wildlife critters.
“The Moosentration app is a different, but fun way for L.L.Bean to interact with its customers through mobile technology. We’re looking forward to learning how our customers respond to this effort,” mentioned Steve Fuller, L.L.Bean’s Chief Marketing Officer.
L.L.Bean along with Maine software company Blue Ox Technologies is offering a free download of the game for six months. L.L.Bean’s Moosentration iPhone game application is free to all users, and can be downloaded to the iPhone and iPod Touch through the iTunes application store by using search term ‘L.L.Bean’.
