LG Optimus LTE reaches Japan with NTT DoCoMo

After creating waves across Korea and North America, the LG Optimus LTE has been customized to gratify the choices of fans in Japan. Dressed in an attractive shade of red among others, the handset is landing in the country with NTT DoCoMo as its network carrier.

The red edition of this handset will be made available exclusively to DoCoMo subscribers. Apart from this, attributes like the NFC technology as well as 1seg digital TV will also be limited to customers of this network carrier.

The Optimus LTE boasts of a 4.5-inch True HD IPS touchscreen which displays visuals in a resolution of 1280 x 720p and 16:9 ratio. The flip side flaunts an 8MP camera with auto focus and LED flash, which is accompanied by a 1.3MP front facing one to support video conferencing.

Operating on Gingerbread OS, the phone houses a 1.5GHz dual core processor along with an 1830mAh battery. It is also embedded with a 1GB RAM and 4GB internal memory. With the aid of a microSD card, the external memory of this gadget can be expanded up to 32GB to store ample multimedia content like photos, videos, movies, music, documents, and more.

The NTT DoCoMo LG Optimus LTE price and release date in Japan has not been disclosed yet.
