Who doesn’t want to own one of the latest in technology? So in case you are a killer for touch screen phones but they just don’t seem to fit your budget, fret not! You can now own the latest full touch screen mobile phone handset, the LG KP500, apparently at a very low price.
“The feedback we receive from consumers around the world indicates that there are more people who wish to try the latest touch-screen phones. We want to reach out to this group and LG KP500 is our answer to deliver a high-quality, full touch-screen phone that is easy to use and much easier to afford,” says Skott Ahn, president and CEO of LG’s mobile communications company.
The smart phone boasts of a 3” screen with 240×400 pixel resolution attributed by an accelerometer for automatic orientation of the screen. Get ready for some handwriting-recognition software and also use it to view Office documents and PDFs. Other features of this very affordable touch screen phone include a 3.2-megapixel camera with video, Bluetooth 2.1, organizer, voice recording, and built-in hands-free controls, quad band GSM, a built-in FM radio and a microSD card slot for memory expandable up to 8GB along with some great multimedia capabilities.
The phone should apparently come in black, anodizing silver, elegant gold and Vandyke brown colours. Though there’s no official price announcement, expect this money saver to hit European stores by end of October 2008.
