Earlier this year, Orange launched the watchphone – the LG G910 in Europe which incorporated camera and video recording features. Now Orange has made an announcement that the LG GD910, otherwise known as the watchphone, will be sold in UK stores in August.
According to Pocket-lint, the watchphone will brag of a full touchscreen interface, 3G HSDPA, video-calling capabilities and will arrive with Bluetooth headset.
The LG GD910 will be available at an “exclusive price point” and users will be able to obtain it on pay-as-you and SIM-only deals. Adding to the excitement, Orange stated that there will be more watchphones in the near future. They said that there will be at least three phones arriving before the year end.
There are no details mentioned about the pricing and specific release date.
