Intex Cloud Jewel 4G phone out at Rs 5999

The Intex Cloud Jewel has been unveiled in India, joining the brand’s rapidly expanding line of 4G-ready smartphones. The entry-level offering can be bought in exchange of Rs 5999 and is available exclusively via e-commerce site Snapdeal.

The dual-SIM Intex Cloud Jewel carries a standard set of specs for a sub-Rs 10000 phone in India. Diving straight into them, the handset sports a 5-inch 720p screen which features a pixel density of 294ppi. The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and gets its engines running with the help of a 2500mAh battery.

Intex promises the powerhouse can last for up to 220 hours of standby time. As for its daily tasks, the smartphone handles its operations via a 1GHz quad-core MediaTek processer which works in tandem with 2GB of RAM.
