The Intex Aqua Power II, the latest entry in the series of entry-level smartphones, has been spotted on the company’s website and is expected to hit stores soon. It’s set to retail for Rs 6490 and comes with a huge 4000mAh battery, the highlight of the phone at this price point.

Diving into its specs, the dual-SIM Intex Aqua Power II sports a 5-inch IPS 720p screen and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop. Under the hood, it’s 1.3GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC7731 processor works in tandem with 1GB of RAM to power the device. It carries a 5MP autofocus primary camera with LED flash, alongside a 2MP fixed-focus secondary lens.

Intex claims the handset’s 4000mAh battery can survive for up to 500 hours of standby time and 15 hours of talk time. It contains 8GB of internal space, expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card slot. Connectivity options consist of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microUSB 2.0 and GPS. The phone measures 146 x 74 x 10.3mm in terms of dimensions and weighs 152g.
