The Intex Aqua Glam has been launched with a price tag of Rs 7690 for its pink variant, the entry-level phone looking to appeal to female smartphone consumers in India with its feminine design. Other than its style, the USP of the phone is its 8MP selfie camera, equipped with anti-shake technology.
The dual-SIM Intex Aqua Glam flaunts a 4.7-inch 720p display and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop. It comes pre-loaded with several women-centric apps like Preksha Meditation, YouCam MakeUp, Sanjeev Kapoor Recipes and Myntra. Also on board is a Sashakt safety application to contact the local police in case of emergencies.
Intex has decorated the side panel of the device with Swarovski crystals. Under the hood, it’s powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6580 processor combined with 1GB of RAM. It houses a 1850mAh battery which is rated to deliver a maximum of 180 hours of standby time and 6 hours 30 minutes of talk time.

The Aqua Glam carries an 8MP autofocus rear camera with dual-LED flash. It contains 8GB of internal storage, expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card slot. Connectivity options include 3G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, microUSB 2.0, A-GPS and MediaTek’s Hotknot. It measures 139.3 x 69 x 7.4mm in terms of dimensions and weighs a light 116.2g.
