The iBall Slide Brace-X1 Mini and Andi 4.5C Magnifico have been launched, although the latter has only been spotted on the company’s website and is yet to receive a formal announcement. The tablet will be available through retail stores soon and is priced at Rs 12999.
The dual-SIM iBall Slide Brace-X1 Mini is a smaller version of its 10.1-inch predecessor, which was unveiled in February this year. It carries an 8-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat and is backed by a 5200mAh battery.
The 3G-ready Slide Brace-X1 Mini is fueled by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz. It contains 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. Users can add a maximum of 32GB of extra space with the aid of a microSD card slot.
Coming to its camera specs, the device sports an 8MP main camera and a 5MP front-facing snapper. iBall has equipped the device with dual speakers and the ability to support over 15 Indian languages. The tablet’s connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microUSB 2.0 and USB OTG.
Moving on to the Andi 4.5C Magnifico, the brand’s website has not listed the smartphone’s retail cost. It comes with a 4.5-inch IPS FWVGA (480 x 854p) display and Android 4.4 KitKat. The dual-SIM handset houses a 1700mAh battery and 8GB of internal space. According to the website, over 6GB is used by the OS and application files. Only 2GB is left over for personal use.
People can expand the iBall phone’s memory capacity up till 32GB. A 5MP primary camera with LED flash is present on the rear surface, while the front fetaures a 2MP lens. The device is powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core Cortex A7 SoC coupled with 512MB of RAM. Connectivity options consist of Wi-Fi, microUSB 2.0, Bluetooth 4.0, A-GPS.
