Believe it or not, Micromax has roped in none other than Hugh Jackman to endorse its products and the first teaser video featuring the Australian actor is already out. He can be seen in the video (posted below) teasing the upcoming smartphone from the homegrown company that goes by the name of Canvas Turbo A250.
The breathtakingly handsome actor can be seen giving just a glimpse of the upcoming device, which the video itself reveals is the Canvas Turbo. We wonder why the OEM refrained from signing a Bollywood actor to endorse its gadgets, considering that people belonging to this fraternity are the first choice of most Indian companies. But that doesn’t mean we are complaining.
Also, it should be noted that people from the country have not criticized the OEM’s decision. Comments the video has received, only establish the fact that they are happy to see the Wolverine star. And so far, we haven’t heard anything negative being said about roping in a Hollywood actor instead of one of the popular faces from India.
Hugh hasn’t revealed anything about the Canvas Turbo in the teaser video, but we are expecting him to come with a full-fledged advertisement to our TV screens very soon. Until then, we can only guess what the device could have in store for us. Previous rumors have suggested that it is going to be the first 1080p smartphone from Micromax and will have a quad core processor under the hood.
