The HTC Desire C India launch has gone live, not long after the Desire V surfaced through Flipkart in the country. And just as a reminder, the One S was also made available recently, which means that the company’s platter now offers more choice for smartphone enthusiasts in the country.

Going by the specifications sheet, the ICS platform runs the complete show, while the HTC Sense 4.0 lends it a helping hand. Needless to mention, Beats Audio stays right in place to proffer a thumping audio experience. The phone’s hardware components include a 3.5-inch HVGA touchscreen rendering visuals in 320 x 480p resolutions and a 5MP snapper.

Leaning on 512MB RAM, the phone carries 4GB internal memory along with a microSD expansion slot. Tipping the scales at 98g, the device gets its fuel from a 600MHz processor. Available in color choices of black, white and red, the handset tags along 25GB free Dropbox online storage as well. In a nutshell, this HTC cookie is claimed to be a ‘brilliant, entertaining and well connected’ piece of hardware.

The HTC Desire C India price is marked at Rs. 14,999, something that’s clearly targeted at the mid-range market.
