Duracell welcomes myGrid charging kits for Apple devices and smartphones

Smartphone and Apple product users harrowed with messy, unmanageable cords of the charging adapters may want to read this chunk of news. As a solution to the problem, Duracell has now revealed the myGrid kit that eases the process of charging for the aforementioned devices embedded with micro-USB ports.

The device lets users charge their gadgets without having to connect any wires or cords. Users can plug in their kits to an outlet and place their Power Sleeve or Power Clip and tip ready devices on to the charging pad. The kit charges up to four gadgets simultaneously irrespective of their position on the pad.

“Consumers today want a simpler way of charging the devices that are vital to their day-to-day lives. With new devices being introduced at a rapid pace, we’re bringing consumers new innovations to help realize their personal power needs,” affirmed Rick June, Duracell Vice President and General Manager, North America.

Once the device is fully charged or removed from the pad’s surface, the kit stops the power and resumes only after another compatible device is placed on it. The portable myGrid kit is designed to offer a reliable performance with efficient power consumption.

There’s no clear mention on the price of Duracell’s myGrid charging kits expanded for Apple devices and smartphones.
