The latest smartphone to create ripples in tech terrain about its impending arrival is a Motorola device dubbed as the Droid Razr Maxx. According to Droid Life, this handset seems to have already entered the Verizon Wireless system.

The website got hold of a leaked picture which appears to provide apparent proof of the upcoming handset’s arrival at Verizon Wireless. The mobile device is further speculated to be operated by testers soon. As per widespread rumors, this Droid device will come incorporated with a 4.5-inch 720p HD display and would boast of better audio features compared to most smartphones in the market currently.

Droid Life had stumbled upon an EXIF file at Picasa a few weeks back which reportedly showed the specifications of the Razr Maxx. The supposed specs sheet seemed to suggest that this may be the first HD Motorola device to come through Verizon Wireless. This forthcoming smartphone is believed to operate on the Spyder software and is supposedly embedded with an 8MP rear facing camera.

Another much awaited phone is the Motorola Droid 4 which is most likely to launch by the end of this month. This slider phone apparently operates on a dual core processor and runs on the 4G LTE network. Just recently, the sleek Motorola Droid Razr had also debuted, which brings to mind the fast rate at which the company appears to be churning out mobile devices.

Since there has been no official confirmation about the existence of this smartphone, the Droid Razr Maxx release date and price details remain a mystery.
