The latest title to debut on the iOS platform is the freshly launched The Sims FreePlay game app by EA for the iPhone and iPad. The renowned community building title lets players create storylines and virtual lives of up to 16 different kinds of Sims.
This newly unveiled iOS title enables gamers to build, customize and manage their town of Sims. They have a vast variety of 1,200 options to choose from for customizing their dream homes and constructing fully-furnished houses. Players are able to give life to 16 virtual kinds of characters that have varied personalities such as fashionistas, party animals, geeks and vigilantes.
“The Sims FreePlay app is a huge step forward in our mobile strategy. We’ve taken a franchise that is a best-selling brand in nearly every major video game market worldwide, optimized it for iPad and made it free for all iOS users. This game allows players to enjoy activities similar to how they execute them in real life such as making careers, cooking, taking care of children or pets, gardening and shopping, among many others. It works according to a real-time, 24-hour clock and users have to buy, sell and make deals with Simoleans, which is the virtual currency of the Sims world.
