The market seems to be flooded with various accessories for the iPhone with the latest one being the Audman iPhone speaker dock. This offering appears to be a class apart mainly because of its tiny size. It is touted to be the smallest speaker dock and comes with battery charging functionalities.
This freshly unveiled device has been crafted with a retro style cassette player design and is incorporated with the mixtape creation app. It can apparently serve three purposes, that of a speaker dock, battery charger and a protective case for the iPhone. Developed by Dean Ekkaia and Sean Solberg of Berktronics, this audio peripheral is embedded with two mini-speakers on its rear side that deliver a boombox-like sound effect.
The Audman is powered by the in-built high-capacity rechargeable battery which also charges the iPhone. It is equipped with a headphone jack on either side for users to wear it anyway they want or simply carry it in their hands. This aural accessory features analog style buttons and volume control that directly interact with the iPhone’s music library. It is incorporated with a belt clip on the rear side which can be folded out to serve as a handy stand.
The iPhone accessory sports an exterior constructed from high-strength ABS plastic which not only lends a smooth finish to it but also secures the smartphone encased inside. Owing to its compact, portable form factor, the device is said to be apt for outdoor activities such as running, hiking, travelling or picnicking.
