The Dell Venue 7 3741, the newest entry in the company’s range of Android tablets, was announced today and will retail for Rs 7999. The voice-calling enabled tablet is now available to buy across the country.

The specs of the tablet are at par with the cost. The Dell Venue 7 3741 has a 7-inch touchscreen with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. It runs on a 4100mAh battery and Android KitKat 4.4. It gets its kicks from a 1.8GHz Intel Atom Z3735G processor coupled with 1GB of RAM.

The device contains 8GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 64GB via microSD. The camera capabilities of the Dell tablet consist of a 2MP rear camera and a 0.3MP front lens. Connectivity options include 3G, Wi-Fi, microUSB 2.0 and Bluetooth 4.0.
