Citi Bank has launched the Citi Mobile application for smartphones like BlackBerry, Palm, iPhone along with other high-end mobile phones. Smartphone users can conveniently perform various banking activities via their device’s mobile browser irrespective of time and place.
They can check bank account balance along with activity as well as pay bills and arrange recurring payments. Apart from locating branches and ATMs of the bank, transfers can also be made between numerous accounts. Customer Service is also offered for easy management and organization of these activities.
Peter Knitzer, Group Executive Vice President, Citi stated, “We understand that our customers’ busy lives keep them on the go, which is why we want to make it as easy as possible for them to bank with us. With Citi Mobile now available for all smartphones, even more of our customers have access to fast, highly secure day-to-day banking whenever they need it.”
Users simply need to enter the same personal User ID and password used on their home computer. Any mobile phone comprising of a mobile browser with an internet connection can easily access this service.
