Speed lovers now have a hands-free option for receiving incoming calls while on the move. BlueAnt releases its new car speakerphone called BlueAnt S1 that uses the Bluetooth technology to the best of its abilities. This speakerphone is easy to use and has a classy design.
With no requirements for installation, the S1 offers a safe way to use the phone while driving. It also provides a supreme level of call quality and clarity. The speakerphone allows drivers to answer calls by simply saying answer even without using their hands. If the phone has a feature to voice dial then the user can make calls directly through their voice. By pressing the S1 button, the phone’s full voice dial functionality will be activated. It also has a Digital Signal Processor for noise and echo cancellation.

The new device has multipoint technology that enables two people to be connected to the BlueAnt S1 at one time. Both users can make and receive calls through the speakerphone. The phone will automatically get transferred to the speakerphone if the user receives a call at that time. It stores pairing information for up to 8 phones as well.
Users can also listen to music via the S1’s high performance speaker by using A2DP music streaming. This speaker from any cell phone supports the A2DP Bluetooth profile to play music. The process to install and setup this tool is hassle free. The speakerphone is clipped to the car sun visor and is run through a short one time pairing process. The S1 is made in a way that it will reconnect automatically to the phone as the user gets in the car next time.
The speakerphone offers up to 15 hours of talk time and a standby time of 800 hours. It comes with a 2 year warranty from BlueAnt. The pricing and availability of the device is not revealed yet.
