Few days back, AT&T had introduced two HTC handsets, the Pure and the Tilt2 and finally the latter is gifted with a reasonable price tag.
Powered with Windows Mobile 6.5, the handset delivers intuitive, touch-friendly user interface and superior browser with Flash support. The HTC mobile phone incorporates 3.6” touchscreen display with 480 x 800 resolution. The Tilt2 also sports a 3.2 megapixel camera with 4X zoom.
The QWERTY device presents up to 8.5 hours of talktime and about 20 days of standby time. It measures 4.54” x 2.33” x 0.65” and weighs around 6.3 ounces. The 3G enabled mobile phone supports Bluetooth technology 2.1, AT&T Mobile Music and provides access to personal email including AOL, Yahoo! and Windows Live. The Tilt2 is equipped with 512MB internal memory storage and it can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card.
The Windows powered mobile phone supports quad-band GSM/GPRS (850/900/1800/1900 MHz) connectivity as well as full HTML browser.
AT&T’s official website claims that the price after mail-in rebate will be $299.99. With no contract the Tilt 2 can be purchased for $499.99.
