T-Mobile Motorola Cliq now available for pre-order

T-Mobile Motorola Cliq True to its promise, T-Mobile has started taking pre-orders of the Motorola Cliq.

According to Engadget iMobile, T-Mobile is the exclusive US network carrier for the Motorola Cliq. The Android powered handset boasts of a 3.1-inch QVGA touchscreen with 320 x 480 pixels resolution display along with a slide-out QWERTY keypad. The Motorola mobile phone is 3G enabled and packages a 2GB microSD card. It features a 5 megapixel autofocus camera with picture editing and geo tagging capabilities.

By means of the Motoblur capability, the ‘social networking friendly’ handset facilitates users to access updates from sites like Facebook, Twiter, MySpace as well as Gmail. The 1420 mAh lithium polymer battery delivers up to 325 hours of standby time and around 6 hours of talktime. The QWERTY device incorporates a media player that supports AAC, AAC+,AAC+ Enhanced, AMR NB, MIDI, MP3 and WAV audio formats. It is attuned with Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, stereo Bluetooth and MicroUSB 2.0 high-speed.

T-Mobile subscribers can grab the Motorola Cliq beginning November 2. The pricing of this Motorola Android handset starts at $199, with a two year agreement. Apparently, the mobile phone is retailed for $450 without a contract.
