The dual SIM version of the Asus Fonepad 7 tablet has arrived in India and the voice-calling slate does not intend to make huge hole in interested users’ pockets. It could give the HP Slate VoiceTabs a run for their money and can be purchased for an affordable rate of Rs 13,000 in the country. HP’s devices will set you back by anywhere between Rs 16,990 and Rs 22,990.

The Asus Fonepad 7 dual SIM tablet’s front side is fitted with a 7-inch IPS touchscreen of WXGA resolution as well as a 1.2MP webcam for video calling purposes. On the flip side, you will find a 5MP snapper which is capable of recording good quality videos of 1080p resolution. It is based on the Android Jelly Bean 4.3 OS, but as of now, nothing has been mentioned about a software upgrade to KitKat 4.4.
