The RDP Thinbook, claiming to be the cheapest laptop in India, is now available for sale. The 20mm thick gadget is priced at just Rs 9999. Do not be sidelined by the cost, there are enough features in the device to consider it a prudent investment.
The Thinbook has a screen of 14.1 inches and a resolution of 1366 x 768p. It is fitted with the Intel Atom 1.84GHz quad core processor and 2GB RAM for operations. The laptop runs the Windows 10 OS and has storage space of 32GB which can be expanded up to 128GB.
On the keyboard deck, the Thinbook has a multitouch capacitive touchpad of 105mm x 76mm. It has dual HD speakers along with a 10000mAh battery delivering about 8.5 hours of usage on a single charge. The connectivity slots on it include a port each for USB 2.0 and USB 3.0, a microSD card slot, a 3.5mm audio jack and a micro HDMI port.

The RDP Thinbook is currently available with Windows 10 in black at Rs 9999 on RDP’s online store. RDP is also selling a version of the Thinbook with DOS on it for Rs 8999. Amazon India is selling both for Rs 1000 more than the mentioned rates.
