Asus has launched a new version of the Zenfone Selfie (model ZD551KL) with a diamond-cut back finish. The high resolution cameras it boasts of are the main talking points of the device. We can see Android or Asus fans picking this one up for the combination of its interesting rear design and photography features.
Armed with a 13MP front camera sporting an f/2.2 aperture, the Zenfone Selfie has an 88-degree wide-angle lens with a dual color real tone flash unit and a selfie panorama mode. The 13MP rear shooter with an f/2.0 aperture, auto-laser focus lens and dual color real tone flash, tries not to leave photography requirements incomplete. All these specs are a step ahead from the previous version of the smartphone.
The Zenfone’s 5.5-inch IPS screen has 1920 x 1080p resolution. Powered by 3GB RAM with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor, major tasks should not be a burden on the phone’s Android Lollipop 5.1 OS. It is also supplemented with a battery of 3000mAh and 16GB memory that can be expanded with a 128GB microSD card. Connectivity options available in the phone are dual-sim 4G LTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS.
