The Xiaomi Redmi 1S will witness its ninth sale next week and the company is throwing in as much inventory as possible with 1000000 units scheduled to go up for grabs via Flipkart. As you’d expect, the sale is set to take place on Tuesday which is November 4, and at 2pm.
This also means that the Xiaomi Redmi 1S has been on the market for two whole months unlike the Mi 3 which disappeared in just a month. And it doesn’t look like the company has plans to stop offering its super affordable smartphone anytime soon.

However, November could be the end of the line for the Redmi 1S as the company plans to launch the Redmi Note soon and it only focuses on selling one device at a time. Previous flash sales have had 60000 units going up for grabs, not counting the Diwali sale where 150000 devices were made available each week. And we have no clue as to how many phones the Chinese company has managed to sell so far.

What’s interesting is that the company’s official Mi India Twitter handle states that there’s ‘something special coming’ on November 4 for those wanting to get their hands on the Redmi 1S. An image accompanying the post shows the Mi mascot holding a gift behind its back. Could the company be offering some sort of freebie during its next sale?
