Oppo Neo arrives in India with a price tag of Rs 11,990

After the very expensive Oppo N1, the Chinese company has proclaimed the launch of the Oppo Neo which forms a part of the mid-range category. You will have to bid goodbye to a sum of Rs 11,990 if you wish to purchase this gadget.

The phone that was released only last month in Indonesia comes to India with dual SIM card slots. Just like the Oppo N1, this gadget makes the most of the Jelly Bean 4.2-based ColorOS. Its internal working is carried out under the supervision of a dual core processor sprinting at 1.3GHz which has 512MB of RAM for company.

A 4.5-inch IPS touchscreen of 854 x 480p resolution has been fitted on the front side and the company says that it has a pixel density of 217ppi. You get a 2MP webcam for video calling purposes as well as a 5MP rear camera to help you capture good quality images and videos.

The Oppo device brings merely 4GB of onboard memory, but you do get the option of expanding it further by up to 32GB using a microSD card. And its ability to provide a long usage life can be attributed to a 1900mAh battery.

As of now, only the price of the Oppo Neo has been revealed officially. Nothing has been disclosed about the exact availability details of the phone.
