The Xolo Q1100 smartphone has officially arrived in India and the manufacturer has revealed that you will have to part with an amount of Rs 14,999 if you wish to lay your hands on the gadget. It looks like the Moto G has tough competition in the form of this Xolo device featuring a Qualcomm processor and Jelly Bean 4.3.
The very first thing that you will notice about the Xolo smartphone is its 5-inch IPS touchscreen that is also deployed with the OGS technology. It has an HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels with a density of 294ppi. A 2MP webcam has been provided to facilitate video conferencing and an 8MP camera is fitted on the rear side for capturing good-quality videos and images.
Based on the Android 4.3 OS, the phone employs a 1.4GHz quad core Snapdragon 400 processor as well as 1GB of RAM. You can easily increase its 8GB onboard memory by up to 32GB using a microSD card. The dual SIM smartphone has all the common connectivity options to keep you connected while on the move. And all of these features have been crammed into a chassis with dimensions of 143.8 x 70.8 x 8.3 millimeters.
The Xolo Q1100 has been priced at just under Rs 15,000, but its release date is not known as yet.
