Garmin M10 Phone Mobile phone users craving to strike a perfect balance between their work and personal life may want to dig their feet deep into this bit of news. Garmin-Asus have just announced the Garmin-Asus M10, a full-touch, all-in-one smartphone powered by the latest version of Windows Mobile.

The eye-popping phone keeps professionals connected with business and personal contacts, email, calendar and IM. Designed to help users navigate work and life, the new M10 features preloaded mobile navigation from Garmin.

Togged in a sleek design, the arresting unit comes equipped with a 3.5-inch WVGA display and a finger-friendly user interface. The Billboard feature displays the most important information so users can review all at one glace. In addition, the device hugs an intuitive 3D Task Manager that lets users switch easily between running applications.

“The Garmin-Asus M10 is our answer to people’s need for work-life balance. The M10 runs Windows Mobile, making it the ideal smartphone for business use, while its smart navigation capabilities, comprehensive social networking features and connected services enable users to lead a truly smart lifestyle. The M10 is the phone for the new Smart3 era,” commented Benson Lin, Vice President and General Manager of Asus’ Personal Mobile Devices Business Unit, Handheld Business Group.

The M10 integrates 512 RAM and 512 ROM for smooth navigation while 4GB of Flash memory offers ample storage for multimedia and data. Equipped with a 1500 mAh battery, the handset also brags about a full QWERTY soft keyboard. On the other hand, HSDPA wireless connectivity and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g ensure that messages are sent and received quickly. Apart from these entrancing aspects, the M10 can be synched to Microsoft Exchange so that contacts, calendars and emails are always available and secure.

Further, the latest offering is enriched with a wide range of social capabilities, including access to Facebook and Picasa Web Albums. Other highlighting features include a high-performance 5 megapixel camera with geo-tagging capability and advanced navigation features equivalent to a high-end Garmin nuvi.

The Garmin-Asus nuvifone M10 is anticipated to hit shelves in Asia and Europe in the first half of 2010. The pricing details of the phone are yet to be revealed.
