MEDL Mobile unmasks iSometrics app for iPhone

iSometrics AppImagine sitting in a car and exercising at the same time? Sounds a little bizarre! Well, this is now possible as MEDL Mobile Inc has come up with an iPhone app named iSometrics that claims to enable users to do just that.

This app enables users to have an inclusive gym, fitness chart, and personal trainer available to them at their fingertips. iSometrics is a comprehensive booklet to carry out isometric exercise programs under any circumstances by means of more than 50 manuals, instruction charts, en suite tools, and promptly accessible furniture.

Paul Martin, founder of the iSometrics app, commented, “I have been performing isometric exercises since my late teens and I believe this unique activity will benefit people of all ages. I used to play a lot of rugby, but working late often meant I had to find another way of doing some additional exercise.”

Dave Swartz, MEDL Co-Founder, stated, “Studies have shown that people are spending more time at their desks and in their cars than before. With iSometrics, they can get in a workout at the office or on the road.”

iSometrics facilitates users to opt for exercises based on the location it would be performed like in a car or sitting at a desk or even standing. One can choose exercises depending on which muscles they want to work out. Every exercise encompasses an image, a series of instructions and a repetition timer.

Moreover, the app enables users to users to save their exercises and craft fitness programs for themselves so they can keep their workouts well-structured.
