iPhone users can now look out for their ‘perfect home’ right from their Apple device with the help of the latest ZipReality iPhone app. The app facilitates house hunters in 4,897 cities and neighborhoods across the US to search for available homes, view photos, prices and check estimated values.
House hunters can now access their free ZipRealty accounts from the iPhone and search for homes by viewing full information on Multiple Listing Service listed homes. The iPhone app also provides access to third-party home value estimates and just with a click users can contact their ZipRealty agent.

The app displays search results on Google Maps enabling users to view homes currently on the market and also presents a comprehensive list of recently sold homes with sale prices. By syncing the application directly with Google Maps, users can access GPS-enabled turn-by-turn driving or walking directions while exploring new places. Clients can also initiate new geo-targeted searches for homes that meet their criteria like price range, number of bedrooms or bathrooms, and property type.
