America’s largest network, Alltel Wireless revealed today the introduction of its very novel tracking and mobile resource management (MRM) solution, Alltel Workforce Locator. Fabricated by Autodesk, the application is the first to be available in a range of BREW devices with location based services (LBS) support like Samsung RR430, Samsung U520, LG AX260 and the LG AX300.
The easy-to-manage solution is scalable and gives even small businesses the power to monitor their mobile workforce in real time. The solution mainly aims to improve vital aspects of business like operational efficiency, workforce deployment costs and customer service.
