Not long back, we had reported about WordPress coming to the Blackberry. Now, according to the official WordPress for BlackBerry Blog, WordPress has updated their app for BlackBerry to v0.9.0.140.
Blackberry users can now work on their blogs, irrespective of their location by means of their smartphone. The recent version would offer a plethora of enhancements that would make WordPress user friendly and hassle-free. The beta version aims to improve the response time of the user interface.
The 0.9.0.140 version would remove the photo multimedia option in the app as photo settings are handled in the main BlackBerry camera app. It would also fix bugs associated with local drafts. The app would also facilitate users to save post when clicking Back. The beta version also features bug fixes involving categories. Further, it fixed how private posts were not publishing correctly.
Reportedly, WordPress is also aware that some users would like to use this app, connecting with BIS. In order to solve this problem, they are actively working on a solution with RIM, but presently they don’t have an ETA.
The beta version 0.9.0.140 of WordPress is now available and can be downloaded for free.
