Wi-Ex shows of all new zBoost series for the iPhone

zBoost Wi-ExReliable cell phone signal reception is definitely a scarce phenomenon in today’s hyper connected world. Remember the iPhone 4 too had to face its share of signal reception problems. With this in mind, Wi-Ex at the Macworld 2011 officially announced its zBoost suite of cell phone signal boosters. zBoost has been designed to help iPhone, iPad, BlackBerry, Droid and smartphones users manage slow data and dropped calls.

According to the Wi-Ex smartphone data speed tests, after the addition of zBoost-Soho or zBoost-Metro there is an acute increase in the data speeds. The list of signal boosters enables users to leverage data, voice and Internet services on their iPhones, iPads, connected devices and 3G high-speed smartphones featuring data and video, instant messaging, pictures and more at home or in the office, both in the U.S. and abroad. These boosters are easy to install and increase in-building coverage by up to 2,500sq ft.

“We hear from Apple users all the time thanking us for the zBoost products which allow them to use and enjoy their iPads and iPhones,” quoted Julie Arko, Wi-Ex Marketing Manager. “Industry stats show that global mobile data has nearly tripled in the last year, growing more than ten times faster than voice. When you combine this with the staggering growth of iPhones, iPad and other connected devices, products like the zBoost line of cell phone signal boosters become a necessity for consumers.”

The catalog of boosters improve signal strength for data and voice transmission while preserving the integrity of carrier’s network using patent-pending technology. Users continue to remain dissatisfied due to bad reception of in-door cell phone signals. The annual zBoost ‘State of the Cell Signal’ survey, commissioned by Wi-Ex and conducted by Harris Interactive, revealed that nearly 70 percent of cell phone owners believe that their cell phone is an essential voice and/or data communication tool.

zBoost is offering a special show price for Macworld attendees interested in buying during the show.
